CatchLightPictures > Title: Home from work. #1 [The question is what does he/she do for work?]
CatchLightPictures > I took this picture using a strobe to the back right of the dagger and another strobe to fill in the light on the shadows and to add some highlights on the blade. The background is cheap linoleum tiles from Home Depot. As a result I had to Photoshop out the seams. I also darkened slightly around the edges to emphasize the light on the dagger.
CatchLightPictures > I took this picture by simply reflecting the light into the white ceiling and adding a white card in just the right position to see it in the blade of the knife. Jay had suggested having the knife folded but I just really preferred this layout. I also cheated by looking at the manufactures site and see what they had done.

CatchLightPictures > (Selection 3 of 4) This picture was done by mixing two different exposures together. The fountain was f/16 1/5 and the brick in the arch was f/16 3/1 sec. I pasted one copy onto of the other and used a layer mask to select the portion of the brick to let show.
CatchLightPictures > (Selection 2 of 4) The colors in the tree were good in this one but I decided that I was more interested in making it look like a old picture. The effect was LightRoom's 'Aged Photo'.
CatchLightPictures > A Halloween mask placed on a stand and photographed. Three stobes where used.
CatchLightPictures > I just wanted a picture of these to show people how impressive the thorns were on this plant.
CatchLightPictures > I like the overall green color of this picture.
