Louise and I took a trip to Yosemite for the long weekend. We spent a couple of nice days enjoying the view of Yosemite in the snow.
I also wanted to do some more pictures using a High Dynamic Range approach. I was expecting Yosemite to be a good place for this since you have the deep shadows in the valley and the bright valley walls above. You will find many of the pictures seem a bit odd. I have intentionally made them so.

Reflection in the Merced River
As we drove into the park from the entrance road that runs along the Merced River. Just after passing the entrance gate we started to notice the beautiful scened of the Merced River. We noticed this pool and stopped for some pictures. We were rewarded with some amazing reflections in the water.Reflection in the Merced River
